What is it?
The North Face is testing a new intelligent personal shopper. With this interactive online experience customers are getting help with their shopping to get the exact products they want and need.  The system of the personal shopper is self-taught. It is getting more intelligent as usage is increased. The pilot phase has been successful, according to the retailer.

Where spotted?

How does it work?
The customer is asked several questions about the product they are looking for. For example, for what do they want to use the product, but also more specific questions like the weather circumstances the product is going to be in. After the customer answers all the questions, the personal shoppers comes with product suggestions that would be fitted to the customers likes and needs.

What is its core value?
To create a new interactive online shopping experience.
